Without charge, Dr. Anderson will conduct an initial assessment interview to assist you to determine how he might best help you. This can be done either by telephone or at a mutually agreeable location.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Dr. Anderson will not invoice or charge you for work done unless you are pleased with the results, but neither he nor Anderson Corporate and Executive Coaching Inc. shall be held legally liable if target results are not achieved for various reasons.

Contracting and Fee Structuring Process

After the first free (up to one hour session), Dr. Anderson will provide
you with a proposal outlining the following: 

1. Scope of the assignment 
2. Expected outcomes 
3. Fees and terms of payment

If you are satisfied with the proposal, you sign the agreement; if not,
it is revise it until agreement is achieved.

Fees may be structured in one or more of the following ways: 

Per Diem Fee for Day Projects ($3500/day US)
Strategic Planning ($10,000US for Three Day Facilitation)
Longer Project Retainer Fee (as agreed) 
Performance Bonus (as agreed) 
Equity Participation (as agreed) 

Fees for Executive and Corporate Coaching Services

Free Initial Consultation: Dr. Anderson will speak with you for a
maximum of one hour to ensure he can help you with the kinds of concerns
you have so that agreement on the goals of consulting or coaching, and
terms of payment, are firmed up in advance of beginning the first

There are four payment options to select from:

Per Session Payment Options (invoiced monthly):
a. One Half-Hour Coaching/Consulting Session: $150US
b. One Hour Coaching/Consulting Session: $250US 

Recurring Sessions Payment Options (invoiced monthly):
c. Monthly Payment for Ongoing Weekly 1/2 Hour Coaching/Consulting
Session: $600US per month
d. Monthly Payment for Ongoing Weekly 1 Hour Coaching/Consulting
Session: $1000US per month

Keynote, $2000US
1/2 Day Facilitation ($2000)

All facilitation and speaking engagements are custom designed to precisely fit the objectives you and Dr. Anderson agree to achieve from the event.

Policies

• 60 Days Cancellation Notice is Required, or client pays 50% of contract.
• 50% payable at the signing of contract, the remainder payable upon completion (on per diem projects).
• Advanced Study: Teleconferences do not include time required for advanced study of documents or other issues.
• Telephone Consulting and Coaching sessions are paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice (with 24% per annum on late payments).
• Accommodation, meals, airfare and car rental expenses are covered in full by the client.
• Airfare less than 4 hours is economy class.
• Airfare beyond 4 hours is business or first class.
• Automobile travel is @ $.50/km
