Mission, Purpose and Vision Statement
My Mission: I develop leaders for positive impact!
My Purpose: I am a catalyst in the transformation of leaders toward their destinies and their wholeness. This results in their developing others so that individuals, teams, organizations and communities are spiritually, relationally, emotionally intellectually and physically strengthened.
My Vision: I live my inner and outer life near the ocean, near a lighthouse, with my wife Jo-Anne. We enjoy seaside walks with a clear view of sunsets. I travel through to near and far countries and through cyberspace to support, facilitate, advise, coach, encourage and sometimes enlighten government and business leaders in the backrooms of the palaces of the world. I educate and equip officers and their leaders so that they are better prepared to deal with the most difficult people, crime and business problems in the world. As a result of my life and my work, people who might otherwise die, live meaningful lives; who might otherwise be ill, are well; who might otherwise be deceived or held captive, are set free; who might otherwise be sad, laugh and enjoy the renewal of body, soul and spirit; who might otherwise be in poverty, know riches beyond expectation; and most of all, who might otherwise hate, know the light of love. This is the vision to which I hold fast in my mind’s eye…and it therefore drives what I decide and what I do. As I see any of these precious outcomes occur, even in small ways, I know that I have lived an enjoyable, intentional, meaningful and fulfilling life that is but a preparation for the awesome future that I know in my heart will be revealed in due time.
