Terry is a successful results-oriented organization development and learning consultant for business, e-business, government and criminal
justice sectors. He also does executive coaching and mentoring, and for over two decades has been a university professor, specializing in
leadership and organizational transformation. He has conducted significant executive coaching and mentoring, organization development,
strategic planning, team development, and/or executive leadership development projects. Senior executives in business and the most
challenging of corporate, government, criminal justice and policing environments have trusted him to be a confidant, coach, advisor,
strategic planner and plan implementation coach.
ENTREPRENEUR
Dr. Anderson founded and was President and CEO of a successful publishing and consulting firm, Consulting Resource Group International,
Inc. (1979) that is currently flourishing with 32 publications. He sold the company to a senior partner in 2002. He personally authored over a
dozen publications (including two books, Transforming Leadership, and Every Officer is a Leader), some of which have been translated into
Japanese, Dutch, Swedish, Hungarian, French and Spanish, and are being used in 9 countries.
In 2002, he sold his interest in Consulting Resource Group International, Inc. He is currently the Founder and PResident of Anderson Corporate and Executive Coaching, Inc.
His Personal Style Indicator and related
publications have benefited over a million people. He is a professional speaker who has delivered inspiring and compelling messages to over
60,000 people.
UNIVERSITY EDUCATOR
Dr. Anderson's experience includes teaching more than 6,000 adults for over 25 years in the areas of communication, problem management,
executive coaching and leadership for business and criminal justice students at the University College of the Fraser Valley, California
State University, the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, Royal Roads University, Trinity Western University
and the University of British Columbia.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Dr. Anderson's undergraduate work was in Psychology and English (B.A., 1967), master's level work in university teaching and Counseling
Psychology (M.A., 1973). His Professional Education Certification was completed at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
(1971). His undergraduate and master's level academic work was completed at California State University, Chico; and his doctoral studies were
with Robert Marx, Ph.D., at the University of Massachusetts School of Management, and Allen Ivey, Ed.D., at the School of Counseling and
Consulting, through Columbia Pacific University in San Rafael, California (1992). He holds the designation of Certified Executive
Coach (CEC) from the National Association of Business Coaches.
