Using the assessment results, we work together to create a focused Leadership Development Plan that targets specific behaviors, skills, and outcomes aligned with your leadership goals.
Find others you work with to give you regular feed-forward
You will identify colleagues and stakeholders you work with who will provide regular feed-forward, reinforcing accountability and real-world application of your leadership development.
Practice targeted skills with me online and get regular feed-forward
You will practice targeted leadership skills in online coaching sessions, receiving ongoing feed-forward to refine and strengthen your leadership behaviors in real time.
Demonstrate the leadership skills online and prepare for certification
You will demonstrate your leadership skills in an online setting and be prepared to become Certified as a Credible Leader by completing additional steps that enable you to train and coach others within your organization.
