• Executive Team introduction and Change Team Building Workshop
  The Executive Team is introduced to Organization Development through an OD for Change Team Building Workshop, with planning focused on building your first Continuous Improvement Team.

• Build and sustain a Continuous Improvement Team
  You will build a Continuous Improvement Team and commit to regular monthly meetings. This team advises the Executive Team on best-bet solutions to organizational and community challenges that are not resolved through normal operational duties.

• Optional certification for Continuous Improvement Team leaders
  Continuous Improvement Team leaders may choose to become Certified as coaches by completing Phase IV of Credible Leadership, enabling them to coach and develop other leaders within the organization.

• Plan and implement the annual strategic plan
  Executive and Continuous Improvement Team members work together to successfully plan and implement the organization’s annual strategic plan, ensuring alignment and accountability.

• Develop leaders who develop leaders
